• Provision of Witness by Notary - $15 (per person).  Notary public may not serve as signer for document to be notarized in Georgia.  Provision (upon availability) of individual(s) to serve as witness in absence of one's own witness. 

• Holiday Charges - $25 (plus travel fees to apply). New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

• Admin Fee - $5 surcharge, additional charges to apply for multiple pages.  This includes:  Printing, Copying, and Scanning. 

• No-Show/Late/Cancellation Fee - $5. PLEASE NOTE: If you are a no-show/late after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled. If you reschedule after cancellation, a $5 no-show/late/cancellation fee will apply.
